We are hiring an assistant for our Advanced TV Department. The Advanced TV Assistant participates in the management of digital advertising campaigns by monitoring and optimizing media plans. We’re looking for a skilled multi-tasker who can complete projects to deadline and on budget. If you are self-motivated, have strong attention to detail, and like working with numbers and data, you will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities
• Participate in the management of digital advertising campaigns by monitoring and optimizing media plans
• Effectively and efficiently communicate all details of day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects to the buyer, supervisor, and account director, as well as any other internal teams involved in a project
• Develop a working knowledge of each client’s goals, guidelines, and strategies
• Track inventory to determine if campaigns are delivering on client goals, and managing optimizations as needed.
• Buy Maintenance – allocate, adjust, and monitor schedules to ensure delivery to digital buy and KPI’s including verification and ad serving platforms on an ongoing basis
• Prepare and analyze buys on a weekly basis to monitor inventory, campaign delivery, flawless creative execution, and ad verification
• Establish relationships with media vendors

Qualifications
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Some experience in advertising/media is a plus (internships included)
• Experience working in a deadline focused environment
• Strong mathematical skills: comfortable with numbers and analyzing data
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and organization
• Ability to collaborate well with staff, clients, and vendors at all levels
• Interest in client-facing projects and assignments
• Must be able to work on-site in our offices in Irvington, NY three days a week.
• Strong desire to learn and grow

Benefits
• Base salary: $40,000 to $45,000/year
