Asieya Pine Elevated To President At Lockard & Wechsler Direct

Asieya Pine has been promoted to president of direct-marketing agency Lockard & Wechsler Direct, the Irvington, NY-based shop confirmed Friday.
Working with CEO and founder Dick Wechsler and the agency’s executive team, Pine assumes responsibilities for daily operations, strategic planning, business development and client service.
According to Wechsler, who founded the shop in 1967, “Agencies need to constantly retool, not just to stay current, but to redefine the cutting edge. Asieya has a brilliant combination of energy, drive and vision. She has earned the confidence and respect of our clients and staff. And perhaps most importantly, she’s passionately committed to personal and professional principles that shape our culture.”
Pine joined the agency in 1999 and most recently held the position of executive vice president, managing director.
Over the past 15 years, Pine said, the agency’s “forward thinking has grown LWD in size, billings and prestige… I’m excited by the opportunity to work alongside our highly accomplished executive team to continue to grow our business and our clients’ businesses.”
Separately, the agency said that Eddie Wilders has been promoted to senior vice president of research and analytics. Wilders, who has been with the company for 13 years, previously served as vice president, director of research.
