Celebrating Women’s History Month
At Lockard & Wechsler Direct, we’re honored to be part women-owned and proud to have a workforce that is 50% female. With March being Women’s History Month, we had no shortage of fantastic females to feature. Throughout the month we took to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to spotlight some of the extraordinary women who make LWD shine. Here’s a compilation of all the empowering quotes we shared:
Rachel Wilders
VP, Group Account Director | 18 years with LWD
“Over the last 18 years at LWD I’ve been able to launch my advertising and marketing career and work my way from an assistant to VP, Group Account Director. I’ve been fortunate to contribute to the growth of a successful agency, cultivate strong relationships, and leverage my experience to help others. At LWD I’ve had the privilege to be surrounded by an abundance of female mentors and have thrived working under the guidance of strong female leadership. My biggest accomplishment is my family and raising my two young daughters, whom I strive to be a positive role model for when it comes to achieving the successes of career and motherhood.”
Stephanie Sfaelos
VP, Planning |12 years with LWD
“I joined the LWD planning team in an assistant role just a year out of college, and now 12 years later I’m VP of Planning. I’ve learned and grown so much over time strategizing, executing and managing accounts on a wide range of campaigns – even developing some splashy sponsorships with the NFL Draft, MLB Opening Day, and WWE. Having a 60% female executive team is incredibly inspiring and I’m grateful for the trusting, respectful and supportive culture the entire LWD team has built. I’ve forged some amazing relationships and can’t wait to see what the future holds!”
Taber Harris
VP, Director of Business Intelligence | 13 years with LWD

LWD has some incredible female leaders that consistently provide an example for professional and personal growth. Having such great role models has driven me to pay it forward by supporting others in their career paths.”
Megan Kennedy

“This industry has given me the opportunity to grow as a media professional and think outside of the box. The video marketplace trends are constantly changing, forcing new thinking. It’s this dynamic mindset that has helped me succeed both as a team player and a leader. I am fortunate to be part of an organization that empowers women to be leaders and forward thinkers.”
Bryanne Marrone

I’m grateful for Asieya Pine who has served as a role model for me, guiding me on my career path from the assistant level up to VP. I also have been fortunate enough to have collaborated with and helped scale female-led accounts such as Tranzact and Endurance.”
Cassie McCann

“It’s been extremely rewarding to learn and grow alongside team members who I first started with as assistants and now are all VP’s. We’ve celebrated so many major life milestones with one another, both professionally and personally. LWD has a solid group of female leaders who take challenges in stride and serve as encouraging role models. I’m also grateful to have formed such strong relationships with legacy accounts, who I have worked with throughout my entire LWD career.”
